Chicken Manchurian

I think Manchurian chicken the most popular Chinese dish to be ordered at the restaurant. 
My family loves it . The recipe is easy to make. 


  • 4 chicken breasts cut in small cubes .
  • Marinate the chicken with ;
  • 1 tsp of salt 
  • 1 tsp of white pepper 
  • 3 tbsp of soya sauce 
  • 2 tbsp of corn starch 
  • 1 tsp of red chilli flakes 
  • 1 tbsp of gg paste 

Marinate and leave for some time. 

Manchurian sauce :

  • 1 1/2 cup of ketchup 
  • 1/4 cup of tomato paste 
  • 3 tbsp of soya sauce 
  • 1 tbsp of rice vinegar 
  • 1 tsp of red chilli powder or red chilli flakes 
  • 1 tsp of white pepper 

Add salt to the sauce to ur taste .I advise to taste the sauce . Should not be too ketchupy and not too plain.

Cooking process: 

In a wok or pan , add 2 tbsp of oil . 
Add marinated chicken.
Fry the chicken well.
Then add the sauce .
Add some water if you like to make more gravy. 
If you think the gravy is not very thick 
Add corn starch slurry. 

Serve hot with boiled rice or egg fried rice.
