The Crepini Wraps are made with egg whites and cauliflower. No sugar , No Dairy , No grains and No Carbs. Great for someone on Keto diet and other diet restrictions . Super healthy & tasty.
Let’s get started with how to make the filling .
- 2 chicken breasts. Cut in very thin small cubes. Or u can use 1 lb of mince chicken .
- 1 packet of pre made coleslaw salad.
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped.
- 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- Chilli flakes if want to make spicy.
- 1 egg ( for sealing the sides )
In a hot pan add 3 tbsp of oil , I used grape seed oil. Add chopped garlic and chicken . Cook the chicken until it changes colour. Then add the spices , soya sauce , salt and pepper . Add chilli flakes to make it spicy. Saute well then add the packet of coleslaw. Give a stir few times don’t over cook , want to keep the vegetables a bit crunchy.
Let it cool before filling in the wraps.

Serve with ketchup. You can freeze them you can air fry them. Great for kids school lunches and snacks.
