Who doesn’t love keema naan, stuffed bread with spicy ground beef.Soft and crispy dough with sesame on the top and yummy meaty filling. Dipped in mint chutney or yogurt dip. It’s a meal by itself.
Back home in Pakistan they are cooked in oven clay. Its a specialty bread , but can be made at home equally delicious. I made it using shanfoods chapli kabab seasoning. yes ! I have use raw meat. Using raw meat gives a very juicy and delicious flavour to the naan.
Every time I make it its a total hit with my family. Nadeem and kids love them.The joy is eating hot right after it comes out of the oven.
