Lets cook!
Step one :
Im using chicken legs cut in two pieces and make cuts deep to the bone. I usually make it for big dinners as it’s always loved by the guests.Marinate it over night with garlic paste , lemon juice , salt and red chilli powder.
Over night is ideal but, if you can’t at least for two hours.
Step two:
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken on high heat. You don’t want to cook the chicken you want it to be golden from outside. Once you have done it take out on paper towel and let it cool completely.
Step three:
Now we will marinate the fried chicken again.
Yogurt ,gg paste, red chilli pepper , paprika or Kashmiri red chilli pepper , salt , cumin and coriander powder. Coat the chicken well with the marinate. Cover the dish with foil and bake the chicken on 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step four:
This is important step as you want to present the food looking pretty to eyes. You can fry some vegetables and serve with the roast. You can fry some potatoes and green peas season with chaat masala for flavour and serve along the roast.
Hope you like the recipe .
